Florence Nightingale Comes to The Rescue Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

Florence Nightingale Comes to The Rescue

Rating: 5.0

When you fear darkness
And the only light is from lightening
I'll be with you holding yr head in my arms
And when you lost yr soul to yr work
As they take it away
I'll hold yr body before you fall,
And kiss the wounds that are visible and invisible.
As I make you comfortable.
When you lost all hope,
Remember, I will capture yr heart
To make it whole
Once more

Just coming off a hospital bed and being totally helpless this poem really hits the mark. A perfectly expressed write!
