Flowers Many - Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Flowers Galore

I didn't know why I was given them
Or who gave them to me.
I hadn't ordered them
From the flower shop you see.

It was a time of nature
Infatuation
That brought the flowers
To me.

The garden was replete
With flowers complete.
This garden looked a paradise.
Sweet candy to the eyes.

I mentioned this beauty
To my friends.
Even they believed
In flowers in the end.
