Following The Stars Poem by Phil Soar

Following The Stars

Rating: 5.0

Should I follow the stars?
Distant brightness lights the way

Moving through galaxies I cannot begin to understand
Yet guiding my steps

Across the moutain range, above the land
Taking me by the hand

The stars seem to blink everytime I step forward
And dull when I take a wrong turn

Re-directing me like some comet-like Sat-Nav
Pushing me on

I continue to follow the stars
Looking for home

Galaxies are wonderful and easily we cannot understand them. Galaxies motivate mind in search of knowledge. An amazing sharing is done here....10

Your poem reminds me of a long ago navigator on a ship heading home using a sextant... I enjoyed reading it.
