Food (Eating Banana Has Many Benefits Except One)



Eating banana has many good benefits.
It is sweet and energy rich.
It lessens the clinical depression.
because it contains Tryptophan, a precursor of Serotonin.
It is a natural antacid.
It is full of iron ferric.
It lowers the high blood pressure.
It rapidly cures the hangover.
It relieves the constipation by its high fibre.
It boosts the brain power.
Its soft texture and softness coats the peptic ulcer.
Mosquitoe bites and wart on the skin,
a soothing effect it would bring.
For the nerve, it is full of B vitamins.
For stress, stroke and SAD(seasonal affective disorder)
it has a great curing effect.
It is good for woman with menopause.
It helps the obese person get weight loss.

Look at our ancestor..the monkey!
They have a great agility.
Peeling a banana is so easy,
eating is so yummy, yummy.

After reading that health article, John started to eat banana daily.
Do you think he is very strong and healthy?
No, he is now lying in hospital bed,
after getting injury in the head.,
due to slipping on banana skin on the pavement.
The article didn't say it could prevent an accident.

Ha, ha, ha.........it is very good and very funny.........you forgot to mention that banana is full of potassium. Banana a day keeps the cardiologist away. Thank you
