For Fallen Deity Poem by Satish Verma

For Fallen Deity

Rating: 5.0

No more I will
confront you in rain after
imprint of peach lips.

A collective
scream goes unheard, god sleeps.
The sky burns endlessly.

You will never know,
how do I live, when glacier
breaks, I fall in chasm.

For fallen angel I can say. The first line is wonderful to read.

" Scream goes unheard, God sleeps. The sky burns endlessly" Intensity of grief in memory of the departed loved one is simply touching.10 points.
