For Her Poem by Vision Ghost

For Her

Rating: 5.0

What rises like a fog, from the ground
As doth the velvet, of the dark surround
Such as is the touching, of pearl arousal
Tasted, on the crimson tongues approval

As if her kiss, was of that wine dissolved
As a blood drench, appetite, is unresolved
The soul is so pierced, by a longing wait
Such as it is, she should succumb to fate

That we should kiss, as darkness doth falls
As a heart beneath, mortality doth calls
To the desire I seek, in you and your body
Fires flick, within my eyes of acrimony

Yet dampened, in the love I feel for her
Scupper as I sense a fleeting, inside stir
Of my own defences, against her bosom
Drinking from her kiss, pleasures fathom

Turning in my mind, of her dark fantasy
Lips of black, should meet my autonomy
Of living without, the need of her touch
Would be an enduring, starvation of such

To be forever captured, and foundered
So entranced by what, I’ve encountered
That she should invade, in ways strategic
Of a soul, so kindred and yet so unique

So all is left, is to now collapse into her
With so much left, somehow to decipher
Into the mystery of a love, unfelt in years
Can now be echoed, in my swollen tears

When passions released, within me again
She is pulsing throughout, my every vein
I find myself in acceptance, of being stolen
Love for the one, to which I have now fallen
