"Old habits die hard"
Good to remember as for word
One can't forgo with one stroke
Then habits shall not go I smoke
As dog's tail
Will always fail
Even if buried underground
Bent shall remain to be found
Greed shall always remain
Even if drive is maintained
Promises are taken
Soon to be forgotten
Human nature
Shall claim an error
But fail to see in mirror
Actual reflection shall frighten for ever
Who shall then to learn?
And turn
In right direction
For simple reaction
Err is human so says the wise. Here the poet gives the facts of human habits where it reiterates the age old saying that promises are forgotten even it is a promise. The nature of human being is the same. likes the poem.
