Forgive Me My Love Poem by Marites C. Cayetano

Forgive Me My Love

Rating: 5.0

Forgive me my love
I cannot offer you
the moon and the stars
or even a rainbow
in the sky.

Forgive me my love
I cannot offer you
a crown of a queen
or even a carat
of a diamond ring.

Forgive me my love
I cannot offer you
a thousand of roses
or even a lily
in a winter time.

Forgive me my love
please, forgive me my love
for only this heart of mine
is all I can offer you.
