Forsake Lies Poem by Josey Alfred

Lies can’t stand themselves on their feet,
For they don’t have a root to hold
They lean on fickle shadows weak
And keep on swaying in, even breeze.

They waste your time, in their leap
And make you to fall, in uncertain leaps
Most fools will also smell untruths!
And think in their mind, you are a crook.

The listener will get your back ground true
A handsome guy from nasty back ground
Willing to trap someone with bald lies
And waste their precious time and mood.

Lies make you contrive more makeups
The more you talk, you leave more rope,
Your twists and rolls will yield, no space
Your face will yield to pallor more pale.

Lies will take your peace of mind
And make you think, next move to evade.
The more you evade the more you expose
And get forced out, without a fix.
