Fresh Sea Breeze Poem by Pete Crowther

Fresh Sea Breeze

In the summer sky
the leaves of the trees
on the highest branches
are dancing;
they sway in the breeze
to and fro,
to and fro they go
from side to side
unceasing and slow,
always in motion,
so high up above
in the clear blue sky,
shining and dancing,
like a woman in love,
stirred by the sea’s fresh breeze.
