Friendship Poem by Grace Gordon

Friendship

Rating: 4.7

Three friends walk side by side
while walking together, stride by stride.
The first with blonde hair, ice blue eyes,
Looks as every boy sighs.
The second with brown hair, brown eyes,
walks quietly with wandering eyes.
The third, and last with brown hair and brown eyes,
walks chattering all the way.
Together, nothing keeps them apart,
for they all share one understanding heart.
They know what ales the other one so,
while she lies so low.
Three friends forever, what more could one want,
When traveling down the road with lighter hearts.

Grace, I understand what you mean about friendship. Sharing is what it's all about. Stay friends forever, dear lady. George.

I just read all three of your poems but I thought this one had some creativity and sentiment well expressed. So I recommend it with an 8. You just asked me to read a new poem. So, I read all. Very nice, but this is the best. Now, if you haven't read it, read THE GIRL WITH SPARKLING EYES. I think you'll like it. GW62

Friends are great. What would we do without them?

Friends are those people you prefer to be with, confide in, help out on every occasion without consideration of reciprocal attention.Friends, true friends are to be valued as true wealth. Sid x
