From Afar Poem by Heather Burns

From Afar

I have tracked you
through the ages
Galaxy to galaxy
along the milky-way.

Having known of you
never being able to
reach out, and touch
you.

How cruel can lives be
only allowing myself
to admire you from
afar.

Lovely, sounds like a song of long ago called, Honeymoon On a Rocket-ship. Read mine – We the Unencumbered – Adeline
