From Different Angle Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

From Different Angle

Rating: 5.0

How was it seen from different angle?
You were my cherished dream from any angle
I did spend hours together in your arms
Had ever any inkling about impeding harm?

No, never it occurred for a second
I was like any other fishes in the pond
You were drawn towards and got entangled
I was subdued and did not struggle

What did I find unique in your approach?
It was never felt by me as such
You were hanging in arms of another girl
That was terrible shock to me and had ugly turn

I sensed trouble and have double thought
Why are the things shaping differently to be fought?
I wished him to be doing same things to me
Where as he was with other girl as if very much free

Of course my dreams are not shattered
As I have yet not taken position to utter
Some words to disgrace him or myself
My love is total commitment as treasure in shelf

You may need her more in near future
What shall then there be to assure?
Clear the position and take me to journey
That has been already in air honey

I give in for simple reason
You are still a different person
You may be doing it for different concern
I shall take you in for no other turn

I remember your magnetic touch and spell
It was certainly humble and nice to tell
I wish I could still hang around
Leave those things behind and gain ground

I can only laugh with the simple logic
Those as man you have nice spell and magic
I need to know nothing about hidden causes
I need to remain calm, pay and have little pause
