From Sunset To Sunset! Poem by Denis Martindale

God grants tomorrow's sunset, magnificent, sublime,
Not all alive today will get to see it one more time,
Tomorrow's sunshine doesn't cease, God made the world to spin,
Each sunset means light must decrease, so other nations win,
For their red roses yet to find their way toward God's sky,
And little children of Mankind to see a butterfly,
Yes, many homes get filled with light till sunset comes in time,
When people praise God with insight, 'Magnificent, sublime! '
