Future doomed

Love took firm turn
And returned
With same gesture
To make sure of future

I was considered toy
And this always annoyed
Why were no steps taken?
When women were helplessly driven

I was no easy pry
And always tried
To defend modesty and honour
Even though this was considered male society as minor

we are not made of a breakable element
But made tough with endurance at present
The mother earth is always by the side
For sufferings and social divide

Why are others not considerate?
When they become irate
Perpetrate physical cruelty
And keep no fear of an almighty

We are heavenly placed
And raced against
Yet our survival is threatened
And future is doomed
