Garbage In Your Baggage Poem by Yinka Meander

Garbage In Your Baggage

GARBAGE IN YOUR BAGGAGE

I was faithfully bound to cultivate
In the light of my faith and compassion
Walking the road ot love with my package

Hey!
You crossed my path with your baggage
Heavy with anger, resentment, revenge
Grudgingly seeking only damage

So I shall flee
To continue in love with my package
And my escape shall be guided by courage

For your baggage
Shall lead you to the garbage
Broken upon the road of hatred
Where time itself will leave its ravage
Until the Lord of Host
Reveals His judgement and his message
