Generates In My Brain Poem by David Harris

Generates In My Brain

Rating: 4.3

There are many girls I’ve known
I could have fallen in love with,
had the circumstances been right.
They were passing acquaintances,
like ships that pass in the night.
They stole my heart a little bit
and I often wonder where they are all now.
What would I do if I met them
after all these years that have gone?
Would my feelings still be the same?
That question often generates in my brain
and there will be no way of knowing
because I will never meet any of them again.

We all have our thoughts of wonder, I have a few myself. Reality sits in this poem, very nice indeed David.....
