Get Ready! Poem by Richard Jarboe

You got your posiverse,
You got your negaverse,
You got your gravity,
You got your ether and the rumor,
Gravity has a sense of humor.

Gravity will grab anything,
Positive, negative, neutral,
But gravity is not, positive, negative or neutral,
But gathers the result,
Gravity says, "Come on."

Crashing, burning, being born, learning,
About a matterverse, anti-matterverse.
But what about gravity,
And what about anti-gravity?
It clusters the mind.

You got your magnetism,
You got your electromagnetism,
And voltage is your best shot,
If you want to lift off the ground.
Otherwise you stick around.

With a positive charge in the front,
A negative charge in the rear,
And a lot of juice,
You can get out of here.
It ain't easy but you got to try,
If you want to hear gravity say, "Bye bye."
