Gibber Jabbing Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Gibber Jabbing

Gibber jab:
Words spoken
Intending to stab

Directed to the quick
Said with laughter
To make you sick

Putting down
Stepping upon
To create a frown

Giving satisfaction…
Turmoil churning
Heaving a reaction

Self proclaiming
With superiority
And willfully defaming

Drawing blood
Losing confidence
Sinking into mud

Gibber jabbing
Flushes self-esteem
Making you feel bad…

I don't think I like Gibber Jabbing. I do like your poem, though, a lot. You have penned it so very well. There really are folks who seem to pride themselves on being able to 'draw blood' with their fiery tongues. Thanks for an excellent read. A 10. Best regards Richard
