Girl, You Were Always There - Poem by Ronell Warren Alman

Girl, you were always there
But, he never appreciated you
He sadly took you for granted
And tore your poor heart in two
The scenery is a gloomy one
It seems that you have wasted time
Just pick yourself up
And move towards another line
