Glasses Mark Not Intellect But Necessity Need Poem by Terence George Craddock

Glasses Mark Not Intellect But Necessity Need

the old poet stops
in breath completion
pauses in reflection
notices his image
reflected in dark
background landscape
black ink computer
screen a face wearing;

scholar glasses steers
back in his face
glasses mark not
a distinction intellect
but necessity need
blurred vision requires
transformation reader glasses
magnified enhancement;
