It is good habit
Keeps human being fit
Healthy as well as smart
To look definitely as part
Part of growing world
Where you are creating new fold
To live in and succeed
Without fear or any greed
What makes man perfect?
Time schedule to be kept intact
Adhere to strict discipline
Leave worries behind to feel absolutely fine
Wealth and heath may come in long way
Only you got to stick differently and stay
For long race to win and acclaim
Honor for self and family to claim
It is applicable to all
As group or an individual
Efforts may certainly bring result
The strong foundation is already built
