Go Daddy! Poem by Marissa Oakley Browne

Go Daddy!

Rating: 5.0

good work daddy!
don't forget to put out
the recycling,
end the tantrums,
tell us you love us,
and save a little slice of
you
for your own
sanity.

The relationship between a daughter and her father must be delicate. He could well feel slightly ordered around with the recycling and the tantrums would not be all his fault. Tantrums have shared blame, I think. A candid poem which invites me to recall my family, my parents.

Good works are ever admired. Daddy admires and supports good works of others. A brilliant poem on family life is shared here...10
