The moving staircase-the escalator of life-
Reacts at every stop,
Sometimes you descend and so are let down
Other times, without even knowing,
Your life ascends and then geysers up.
But one thing sure-
You've been on this new trip without a fall-
And it's a glorious day and the sun has just come out,
Yes, it's a mystery-
but all your past blues
Have now whirled into a singular and divine-ridden rout.
You made not these plans-
but your life has turned divinely grand-
Wow! Doesn't this just beat all!
