a plasticine soft play-doh like mind
can skip through life child's play in a nursery
soft hand of God on the shoulder
brushed away wiped off like a spider web
in an attic room full of spider webs spun
many webs may cling to hands arms face
God is not devout sought in play in peace
God devout sought in poverty misery pain wars...
there are no atheists found in foxholes
in times of extreme stress fear death near
given enough time constant relentless stress
mind personality can crack like scrambled eggs
entrenched in danger that cannot be fled escaped
people may pray to God hope in higher power rescues...
