Gone are the days
When under the barren tree
In the mid afternoon sun
We walked in group feeling free
The hot wind beating faces
Or the heat of the scorching May
Could keep us indoor sweating
We were out all through the day
Gone are the days
When we used to jump into pool
Naked like children just born
Away from teacher and school
Mind was as free as a bird
And heart as big as the azure sky
Gone are the days when for actions
We did not have to justify
