Good As Gold Poem by Ima Ryma

Good As Gold

Rating: 5.0

The Golden Rule has been around
As long as there's been humankind,
More precious than gold to be found
To bind a body, soul and mind,
To live a life in such a way,
Creator of the universe
Will be there for me night and day,
Times through better and times through worse,
But ever helping me know true,
Whether happy or whether sad.
If bad unto is what I do,
And I do unto others - Bad.

Do unto others as I would
Have others do unto me - Good.
