A benevolent guide
Like a dear friend,
That loves us,
And takes our hand
Everyday.
You have been,
My Friend,
Ever since I can remember,
In the most kind
And loving way,
Oh bird of deep splendor
A grateful tear,
Surrenders,
And rolls down
Memory Lane,
Today.
