Greedy Winter Steals Life... - Poem by Alexander P...

'Greedy winter steals life
in many ways',
the lady says
and continues her strife.

Murder can be paid short
by Christmas Eve.
He said he'd leave
if she didn't abort.

Snow makes world black and white.
Now it occurs
that she sees blurs
which seemed trees at first sight.
