example be Cashew Milk vs 2 percent Cow Milk
Pork and Beef sausage vs Turkey and Chicken
now brands i would take the lesser knowns
like your locals and encourage your entrepreneurs to create their brand to be stored in your store
buy on credit or str8 out
just arrange your agreement on paper
called a contract
limit your inventory
introduce fresh goods
and meats already seasoned
due to the way of life in the communities
catered to the working class who has no time to prep
just cook....
