Haiku 3: With Demons All Alive Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

Haiku 3: With Demons All Alive

Out Ravan to kill,
And scorching all ill,
With ways and means still evil!

Dussehra was celebrated all over India on 20th October, a day of triumph of good over evil when the effigy of Ravan, a demon of Ramayana fame, is burnt as a ritual.

Ravan is long since dead, but his ghost is alive in men.

So true, Aniruddha ji. Though Ravan is dead long back, his ghost is alive.......10

Yes, thank you. Mankind is more on the form and rituals than on substance. But then we are living in a world where package is more important than the product and contents, style than substance.
