Happiness is a choice that you make
From within…it is something you create
It doesn't come from a prescribed pill
Dare I say, it comes from feeling fulfilled

There is a joy that rockets when generosity
appears… it happens automatically
Giving of your time and ability to care
Deciding to be the kind of person who shares

Self-respect builds a strong foundation
It gives a surge when gaining conformation
Happiness brings a smile erasing imperfections
The mood of the day is improved by affection
