πŸ’œ Happy πŸ’œ Poem by James McLain

πŸ’œ Happy πŸ’œ

Rating: 5.0

I am not bound by sorrow's chain,
Nor haunted by the drifting rain.
Today the sky is clear and wide,
And joy walks gently at my side.

The air is light, the sun is gold,
The world a song that can't be told.
No shadows cling, no whisper near,
Just laughter soft as wind in ear.

The roses bloom without a care,
Their scent like music in the air.
I need no more than what is hereβ€”
The quiet earth, the skies sincere.

Oh, let this moment ever stay,
Where I am happy, light as day.
