Hatchet Helen Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Hatchet Helen

Hatchet Helen

Read little, went to bed,
I do this every day,
To relax my brain
From the restlessness.

Reading was on Helen,
The Helen of Troy…

I noticed two rivals,
Paris and Menelaus,
Fought over single girl,
And both were sincere,
And selfish and jealous.

Neither saw nor mentioned:
"What about she, herself? "

That took me to book of,
Women called: "Virginia, "
I like that, read aloud:
"Mr. Bennett, Mrs. Brown! "

Narration was always,
Mean to be by the men.

Like Helen of Troy,
Men spoke, replaced her,
Of the things never said,
Showed or, indicated…

As I see the same thing,
Do Beijing, Kremlin,
To London, Washington,
On, about Middle East,
To be killed or have peace!

Then, Helen, now people,
Have been and remain sheep.

Wonder why such a game,
Want to raise my hatchet! ! !
