Hate - Poem by Leslie Alexis
demons and dungeons cannot restrain me.
From heaven and the seed of love I was born.
But my desires led to me being scorned.
And scorn triggered in me, revenge.
Love and hate fail to be one.
I am the embodiment of hell's flame
And like it, my desire cannot be quenched.
My path would be remembered.
Friendships and bonds I would break.
Many lives I will take.
You made me!
I am your friend.
I am hate.
