He Poem by Frankie Stones

He

He saw what no one else could see,
He saw the truth, He saw the real me.
He looked beyond my fall from grace,
He looked behind, my ears, my nose, my face.
He treasured every inch of my skin,
He treasured my beauty deep within.
He took his time, He was in no rush,
He took pride in love and could never push.
He smile at all the stories I told,
He smiled whether they were new or old.
He always told me how beautiful I am,
He always dreamt weid walk down the street holding hands.
He never let me forget I was loved,
He never told me I couldn't get higher and above.
He saw what no one else could see,
He saw the truth, He saw the real me.
