He Delivers - Poem by Hasmukh Amathalal

He delivers
Sunday,16th June 2019

He never speaks
but tracks
the human route
and shoots his mercy arrow

no one gets wounded
but his presence is sounded
the blessing is showered
the long-awaited thirst is quenched

his secret stick delivers the blow
but innocent are allowed
to take freedom with breath
and spared from the untimely death

He has a different method of handling
and leave the smiling
behind each happy occasion
to strengthen the bond of divine power

you find him everywhere
and feel no fear
this keeps us going ahead with faith
and it matters less even if meet with the death

the desert too can have a boom
as he has kept the room
for the wildflowers to mushroom
and spread fragrance with full blossom
