He Rose From The Grave. Poem by Vin Ace

He Rose From The Grave.

Low within the grave, he lay,
Source of salvation sealed in a cave.
Guarded by men all of them armed,
A heavy stone to seal the mouth.
But none of these could keep him in,
The sealed grave gave up his prey.

The chains of death couldn't restrain,
The bars and gates he tore away.
Easter's not about the bunny and cake,
Nor even the eggs, candy and chocolate.
This day makes something significant and great,
Our king and lord rose from the grave.
