Health- prime issue

Neither hope is a trade
nor a wish of the dead
it is a well-read
and fed in the mind
time may pass easily
and peacefully
but age may trouble little
and make you struggle
health is a prime issue
and must be viewed
from the possible angle
and keep the people fit
but if not
We must fight it
with firm resolve
and solve
contentment is a state of mind
and finds with ana easy answer
minimise the need and expectations
it shall have a positive indication
if death is not in our control
health should be given positive call
a little exercise and morning walk
observance of silence with less talk

Health is a prime issue for old aged persons. Death is nearer to them which is not in our control. Morning walk, little exercise and and silent observance are helpful to them. They should have attention towards these. Dear Dr Jadia Hasmukh sir, you have so brilliantly composed this poem with a deep introspection. Many thanks. GBU. Completely five stars.
