You can
strip them naked
beat them bloody
but strong to the death
is the heart of the hero
feed them
your hatred
paint them
the darkest picture
you know how to paint
but strong to the death

walk them out in front
of the firing squad
aim your guns
and shoot them down
the body dies
but dignity survives
because strong to the death
is the heart of the hero
give it the respect it deserves!
