Heartbreak... Poem by Dislocated Heart

My insides are turning..
Feeling of puking..
my head wont stop spinning..
my hands are shaking..
this heart is breaking.

Its the feeling of you walking away..
Its the feeling of.. you telling me to let go..
why does it kill me inside?

am I suppose to respect that decision?
and do as you say?

If its what you want... then.. I guess... I'll try.
I'm yelling in the inside..
screams are cried..
tears wont flow..
its not something I allow to go..

Why do I reread... and watch this heart of mines break away?

choking on each word..
I've got nothing left to say..
