Heat But I'm Not Complaining... Poem by Sebastian Melmoth

Heat But I'm Not Complaining...

Just my luck this sunny weather stuck in my suit attending work training
Can it be too hot I ask but please don't get me wrong, it's not that I'm complaining.

Nip out to the shop for lunch put on factor 8, wearing my sunny cap
Get out my phone, type in the passcode and check the degrees on the ole weather app

We're not used to such glaring heat in Britain its normally cooler or raining but please don't get me wrong I'm really not complaining

I now can imagine what it feels like to be a snowman in the heat as I spend my day sweltering
I feel like the witch from the wizard of Oz I should be shouting "I'm melting, I'm melting"

So as I finish my day with my sun red head, sweaty arm pits it's just that I'm explaining,
This is what the sun has done to me but don't get me wrong I'm not complaining.
