Her Own Goal Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Her Own Goal

Just be yourself
As if jewel in sea shelf
You have caliber
So write it honestly and offer

I had been deliberately following
To catch the glimpse of your smiling face
But I could gather nothing
Except to worry for something

You were real poetess
With real face
Of an inspiring woman
I saw in you a well built human

I have put aside
The romantic feeling that shall divide
Our own ideology
I put it far away simply

Even though she has her own goal
I desist from making call
She shall not refuse
But I shall be afraid to give refuge

Her Own Goal
