Her Touch Poem by Gerald Opio

Her Touch

Little did I know
Before her touch
That there could be
A touch so sensational
Ingniting the fire in my belly

My first glance at her
Accompanied with her pulchritude
Being one I would love to relive again
Over and over again
With no remorse or hesitation

Enchantment conceived desire
With the aid of my eyes
My heart incepted love
Love orchestrated our convention
A convention long embedded in my memory
Worth reminiscing as it was ecstatic

But then, all happened
On our rendezvous
When she protruded her charming hand
So soft and tender
The feel of her hand touching mine
Was so magical and irresistible

Her touch projected me into another realm
Angelic it was
More celestial than cosmic
Evoking a thirst insatiable
That only her could sate.
