Here I go again with you on my mind
How can I break away from this
Its not like we speak anymore
But for some reason I can't let go

I can't face the fact that you're out of my life
At one time or another you were the greatest thing that happened to me
Now I know you were just a waste of time
Wish I knew why I have you on my mind

I swear when I do try to talk to you
You act like you don't even know me
After all we've been through
All those ups and downs

But that's alright, that's okay
Because when you need me
I will be ignorant and won't respond
All those tears I cried were me being foolish

All those thoughts of you were just me missing you
If you only knew that I'd care back then maybe just maybe I could of had you
Here I go again thinking all my time away about you
But one day you'll see that I was the best thing that you let go
