Hey Luther Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Hey Luther

Hey Luther

Hey Luther brother
You know and so do I
I insist, always will
If needed, swear on
Holy books, scared lives
Your day is just a game
They named it after you
To break and divide
With that they easily
Can get the very same
Outcome and same result
They get ride that they want
They ignore the fighter
They choke our Malcolm X
Get out of your grave
Lead people of the church
Shout loudly as you must:
Righteous was and remains
United, we are one.
