D-ay twenty-four in February,
A-nother dawn has broken;
R-ain stops from falling,
L-ight is bright in the open.
E-vening shadows fade away,
N-ew sun starts to shine;
E-arly breeze brings joy as the morning is so fine.
G-ray haze has disappeared,
R-ays reflect from the sky;
A-fter the night is over,
C-louds above
E-nd the dark up high.
B-ad weather turns fair,
A-iming to stop the rain;
L-earn to brave the storm,
U-ntil you endure the pain.
C-old chill starts to warm,
A-s the wind blows gently;
S-oftly touching your face to comfort and ease you tenderly.
B-eneath the heaven so wide,
A-lluring view is in sight;
L-et my eyes see the scene,
D-isplaying the words I must write.
E-xpressed emotion is clear,
M-essage within is loud;
O-ne vision of rare beauty
R-ises high above the crowd.
