High From The Ground Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

High From The Ground

Rating: 5.0

J-anuary eleventh sunny day
E-arly beacon shines in the skies;
A-s the night shifts into day
N-ew dawn has opened
Y-our eyes.

G-oal you want to reach
R-eflects on your nice name;
A-iming to receive the grace
C-oming not from
E-ternal flame.

E-ach and every passing year
M-akes you abound in love;
P-rogressive in faith and hope,
R-eady to soar up above.
E-verlasting peace and joy
S-hare the glorious crown;
O-nly the elect shall be lifted high from the ground.
