His Letter Of Hope Poem by Joyce Hemsley

His Letter Of Hope

To my flirtatious friend ~ this is the end.
To London's fair City I'm bound.
Farewell my dear one, tis the end of our fun,
I'm no longer a puppet and clown.

A lovelier dream, I've never seen
But your casual affairs bring me down.
I will come home to you when loving is true
And a kiss spins our world around.
