His Momma Cries Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

His Momma Cries

He don't know his daddy.
So to compensate,
A bigger fool he makes...
Of himself!
Thinking baby making does it.
A manhood he makes of this.
Taking virgins from safe dens.
Impregnating most of them.
Bragging he has several children.
At least he has made ten!
He don't know his daddy.
And his momma cries!
